A&C Legal is a firm composed exclusively by women lawyers and paralegals, that challenges the traditional power structures of the legal industry. Our philosophy is contributing not only to closing the economic gender gap, but also at asserting maternity in Colombia’s professional workforce.

We are committed to the promotion of a new social paradigm that recognizes animals as bearers of rights, and we have pioneered the incorporation of animal-friendly policies in the workspace within legal practice. In A&C Legal we recognize the contributions of pets to stress-reduction and the improvement of communication and socialization in the workspace.

Our priority is the physical, emotional and psychological well-being of the people that work, hire and visit A&C Legal  We stray from the rigid way most of the offices and firms promote legal practice: making it unnecessarily stressful and harmful. the design of the A&C Legal offices is thought to provide spaces for physical and emotional wellness, and our exercise, nutrition, and personal development policies are established to guarantee our associates to reach a personal balance.

We obtained in 2019 the Certification “Sello Verde De Verdad” that legitimizes our commitment to the mitigation of climate change and the implementation of a sustainable and planet-friendly operation model. In our office we have introduced real paper-saving and energy-saving policies; also, our we select furnishing that is chrome-free and built without environmentally harmful materials. We promote the usage of electric vehicles that reduce the carbon footprint and we have banished all types of plastic recipients and instruments made only for one usage. In addition, the lunch and snack menu of our associates and clients is organic and plant based, one of the most important contributions to common well-being and the fight against global warming.
